First and foremost I want to welcome everybody
to the official Batmania United Kingdom website. This website
is about the 1966-1968 Batman television programme, which was
premiered on American television in January 12th 1966. The show
earned top rateings, broadcasted on prime time television. The
show was translated into several different languages including
German and Spanish after the release of the bat-movie. In 1984
all 120 episodes were remastered to bring back the colour/sharpness
of the origional broadcastings. Even today 40 years later, the
show is still being shown on channels like FX and TV Land, a new
generation of "batmania" is emerging as new "bat-manics" are added
to the shows fans!
