Lee Meriwether replaced Julie Newmar as Catwoman in the 1966 Batman Movie because Julie couldn't fit it into her schedule!
Lee Meriwether also returned in the Batman series in episodes "King Tut's Coup" and "Batman's Waterloo" as Lisa Carlson.
I have called this webpage "Lee Meriwether As Catwoman" not Lisa Carlson because I have seen many batfan websites and they all consider (well most) Lee Meriwether as Catwoman #3 (which actually makes no sense she was the second Catwoman??)
Lee Meriwethers Catwoman is like a leader and quite bossy, she seems I think in the Movie to kind of "lead the way" or explain plans an example of this is found on the video clip at the bottom of this page..
